What we collect
Account: your email, display name, optional avatar, and zodiac sign. Orders: billing name, shipping address, and purchase history. Emotion check-ins: the emotion words, context tags, optional one-line note, and mood score you choose to record. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
We use order details to fulfill your orders. We use your check-in data to power your personal trend chart and recommendations — we do NOT sell or share this data, and we do NOT use it for ad targeting. Admin staff cannot read individual check-in content (only aggregate statistics).
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can export your data (CSV) or delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is a soft delete for 30 days so you may recover your data if it was accidental; after 30 days, everything is permanently removed except what we're legally required to retain (order records for tax purposes).
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for login and the cart. We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic analysis; EU residents see a consent banner before analytics cookies are set.
Transactional emails (order confirmation, reading delivery) are always sent. Marketing emails require explicit opt-in and every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
