REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Crystal Jewelry & Physical Items
We accept returns on unopened and unused crystal jewelry and physical items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@zodiacalign.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We may offer a replacement or refund after review.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Tarot Readings & Astrology Guidance
Tarot readings, astrology guidance, digital reports, and 1:1 guidance services are personalized digital services. Once work has started or a reading has been delivered, these services are generally non-refundable.
If you purchased a guidance service by mistake and work has not yet started, contact us as soon as possible at hello@zodiacalign.com. We will review the request in good faith.
Chargebacks & Order Issues
If you have any concern about your order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We respond to order support requests by email and will work with you to resolve reasonable issues.
