Digital products

Digital guidebooks and reading services are non-refundable once delivered. Reading services are delivered within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.

Physical products

Unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost. See our returns policy.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Accuracy of astrology

Readings and guidebooks are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. They are not substitutes for medical, legal, or financial advice.
