SHIPPING POLICY
Physical Items
Physical products are usually prepared for shipment within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and seasonal volume.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Digital Guidance Services
Tarot readings, astrology guidance, and digital services are delivered by email and/or account message. These services do not require physical shipping.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@zodiacalign.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. If a package appears lost, contact us and we will review the shipment status with the available carrier information.
