Shipping Policy

Physical products are usually prepared for shipment within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and seasonal volume.

Digital guidance services and tarot or astrology readings are delivered by email and/or account message and do not require physical shipping.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
